Sunny Side Up or Over Easy Eggs

The title says it and this is a simple hopefully useful video to make them anytime
Ingredients
  Egg 3 Large
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash (as needed, to taste)
  Pepper 1 Dash (as needed, to taste)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, melt the butter and crack the eggs slightly away from each other.
2) Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3) Allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes over a medium-high heat.
4) Flip the eggs and cook for a another few seconds.

SERVING
5) Transfer the eggs to a platter and serve immediately.
