Bodacious (Not Bogus) Breakfast

Ingredients
  Non-stick cooking spray 1 Dash
  Egg white 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gluten free rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat the pan on medium heat. Spray the non-stick cooking spray.
2. Pour the egg white and sprinkle the oats over it.
3. Flip it once the side is done and cook till toasted.

SERVING
4. In a serving plate, take the omelette, spread the almond butter over it and sprinkle salt and enjoy.
