Ham Omelette

Ingredients
  Ham 1 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (Good Knob)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. On a chopping board, chop ham or luncheon meat.
2. Mix it with beaten eggs and seasoning.
3. In a pan, heat a knob of butter.
4. Pour the egg mixture in it.
5. Let it cook for half a minute so that the skin sets at the bottom. Then tilt the pan so that the egg liquid spreads all over the bottom of the pan. Let it cook until it sets.
6. Roll the omelette and serve it on a hot dish.

SERVING
7. Serve Ham Omelette with tomato sauce.
