Browning Skillet Omelet

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat browner (high) 2-3 minutes.

MAKING
2) In small bowl combine eggs, water and salt.
3) Blend well.
4) In a skillet, swirl the butter.
5) Pour in egg mixture.
6) Microwave (high) for about 1-1 1/2 minutes.
7) Fold in thirds.

SERVING
8) Serve the omeletes with toasted bread as breakfast.
