1. In a large paper plate, tip in the butter and cook butter on paper plate on ROAST (7) for 1 minute.
2. Add beaten egg to the plate and cook on MEDIUM (5) for 1 1/2 minutes. Midway through the cooking process, tilt the plate to distribute uncooked egg. Sprinkle cheese on egg and loosen edges of omelet.
3. Fold plate in half and ease omelet out of plate with spatula.
