Caviar Omelette

Ingredients
  Caviar 70 Gram
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cream 2 Tablespoon, pasteurized
  Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 8 Small, slightly beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine lime juice with caviar and cream.
2.In an omelette pan, heat one fourth of butter with one fourth of oil.
3.Combine egg with salt and pepper and pour one fourth to make an omelette.
4.Repeat thrice to make 3 more.
5.Put a spoonfull of caviar mixture on half of each omelette and fold.

SERVING
6.Serve warm.
