The Classic Omelette Aux Fines Herbes

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , lightly beaten
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh chives 1 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh thyme 1 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Combine eggs with salt, pepper and herbs.

MAKING
2.Take an omelette pan, heat half the butter along with oil on medium flame and pour half the batter.
3.Once set, fold.
4.Repeat.

SERVING
5.Serve warm with a dash of melted butter and parsley.
