1) Preheat oven to 375°.
2) In a bowl, pour the cream and soak the breadcrumbs in it.
3) Butter a 9 inch skillet.
4) In other bowl, combine egg yolks, salt , sugar, vanilla and the bananas.
5) In the buttered skillet pour the mixture.
6) Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
7) Serve hot, can be drizzled with honey.
