Delicious Omelette

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon, diced
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, diced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, shredded
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt and pepper; use a wire whisk
2. In a 9" skillet, melt margarine and add the egg mixture into it; sprinkle bell pepper and onions immediately into half the omelet
3. When partially set, sprinkle mushrooms over the onion mixture and cook until the bottom is well set
4. Fold the omelet in half with a spatula, sprinkle with cheese and turn the heat off
5. Cover and allow it to stand until the cheese is partially melted for say a minute

SERVING
6. Serve as required
