Whisk the eggs together.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat and add the whisked eggs.
When the eggs are slightly firm, sprinkle the herbs over them.
After 3 minutes, use a spatula to turn half the omelet over onto the other half.
Cook for 2 more minutes and serve with crusty bread.
