1 In a bowl break the eggs.Add salt,pepper and water beat until it blends but not foamy.
2 Heat a pan and then add butter so that it sizzles and melts immediately.
3 Pour the eggs mixture and spread with a fork and shake the pan while holding the handle of the pan with the other hand.
4 When the omelet is slightly runny on top but is almost set ,bring it to the edge of the pan using the back of a fork and quickly transfer to a warm plate.
5 Serve immediately
