Sweet Omelette with Raspberries
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Egg whites||2 , beaten|
|Raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine the egg yolks and sugar and using a metal spoon gently fold in the egg whites.
2. In a small frypan melt the butter and pour in the eggs.
3. Let it cook over high heat for a few minutes until set, slide onto a plate, spoon some raspberries into the middle and fold over.
4. Serve immediately sprinkled with sugar.
