Cheesy Omelette

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , separated
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Margarine/Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Imitation bacon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onion with tops 1 , chopped
Directions

Beat egg white[s] with hand beater until stiff but not dry.
Beat egg yolk[s], water, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until slightly thick and lemon-colored.
Fold into egg white[s].
Place margarine in 16-oz shallow casserole [two 16-oz shallow casseroles], 6 3/4" in diameter.
Microwave uncovered on high (550 watts) until melted, 30 to 60 sec [45 to 60 sec].
Tilt casserole[s] to coat with margarine.
Pour egg mixture into casserole[s].
Microwave uncovered on medium (275 watts) until puffy and set but still moist, 2 to 3 1/2 min [6 to 9 min, rearranging casseroles after 4 min].
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Run spatula under omelet[s] to loosen; fold in half.
Slip onto warm plate[s].
Sprinkle with onion[s].
