Tomato Omelette

Ingredients
  Vine tomatoes 3 Small, slice
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cooking oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Scallions 1 Teaspoon, chop
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl beat the eggs and season with sea salt.
2. In a wok pour cooking oil and pour the beaten eggs, add the tomatoes and break it up.
3. Add sugar and toss the eggs with the tomatoes.

SERVING
4. Serve with steam rice.
