Santa Fe Omelette

|Light cream/Beer||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Cheese sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green chiles/4 ounces canned whole green chiles||6 , parched and peeled|
1 Prepare cheese sauce.
2 Lightly butter a frypan or omelet pan and heat. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork until foamy. Add the cream and seasonings. Mix well.
3 Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm.
