Santa Fe Omelette

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 8
  Light cream/Beer 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Cheese sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green chiles/4 ounces canned whole green chiles 6 , parched and peeled
Directions

1 Prepare cheese sauce.
2 Lightly butter a frypan or omelet pan and heat. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork until foamy. Add the cream and seasonings. Mix well.
3 Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm.
