Golden Crust Omelette
|Bread slice||1 Large, crusts removed|
|Ham slice||1 , finely chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Heat butter in an omelette or frying pan.
Cut bread into tiny dice.
Fry until crisp and just golden brown.
Add beaten eggs, well seasoned and mixed with finely chopped ham.
Cook until lightly set, fold, put on a hot dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
