Open Face Omelette
|Eggs||4 Large, separated|
In 9-in pie plate melt margarine at High 30 to 45 seconds; set aside.
In medium bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
In small bowl beat yolks lightly.
Add salt and pepper.
Fold yolk mixture gently into beaten whites.
Pour mixture into pie plate.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 3 to 5 minutes, or until partially set.
Lift edges to spread uncooked portions.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until almost set.
