Luncheon Cheese Omelette
|Egg||1 Medium, beaten|
|Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese||1 Ounce, grated (divided)|
In a small bowl combine egg with 1/2 ounce cheese.
Pour into a preheated nonstick skillet or omelet pan with flameproof handle.
Cook until almost solid on top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place under broiler as close to heat source as possible.
Broil until cheese is melted.
