Healthy Omelette

Ingredients
  Chopped parsely 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4
  Finely chopped garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tomaotes 1 Small, cubed
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2
  Ham slice 1 , chopped finely (98% fat free ham used)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped spring onions 2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan/Mozarella cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Italian herb To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a medium bowl break open the eggs and pour in the milk and whisk slightly.
2)Heat the olive oil in the pan and heat the oil on medium high.
3)Spread onions, ham, spring onions, green pepper, tomatoes, garlic and let it cook for a few minutes.
4)Grate the cheese on top followed by a sprinkle of salt and pepper and Italian herbs and close the lid and cook and increase the heat till it sizzles and make sure the omelette can slide within the pan.
5)Turn off the heat and place a plate on the pan and flip. Follow the instructions on the video for best results on this particular step. Make sure the eggs are cooked perfectly before serving.

SERVING:
6)Serve with your favorite morning bread and enjoy!
