Cream Cheese And Tomato Omelette

|Cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, cubed|
|Whole tomato||1 , peeled, seeded & chopped|
1. Beat eggs until light, then beat in cream, salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Pour eggs into skillet. When set, but still soft, spread tomatoes and cheese over top. flip and brown other side, serve as desired.
