|Onions||8 (From Garden)|
|Mild cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut onions finely, including green tops.
Place in skillet with the heated butter or margarine.
Cover with hot water, and cook slowly over medium heat until water is cooked out.
Let onions brown slightly.
Whip eggs until light, mix in cheese, add milk.
Pour over the onions, and scramble.
