Western Omelette Breakfast Squares

Ingredients
  Eggs 10
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ham 4 Ounce, diced (cooked)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

1. Beat the eggs and cream. Add all ingredient and blend well.
2. Pour mixture into non-metallic baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Bake for 40 minutes.
3. Cut into pieces. Serve at once. Refrigerate left over.
