1. Beat egg whites in medium bowl on high speed until stiff but not dry. Beat egg yolks and sugar in small bowl on high speed about 2 minutes or until thick and lemon colored. Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
2. Pour into pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Microwave uncovered on high 2 minutes or until center is set but still moist.
3. Spoon strawberries and kiwifruit onto half of omelet. Loosen edge of omelet; fold just to center. Slide omelet onto serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
