Looking for diabetic egg breakfast recipe? I have a quick and simple basic omelet recipe. My husband is a diabetic. He prepares this diabetic egg breakfast. This is also a fast dinner food. Try this recipe for basic omelet.
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Egg substitute 3⁄4
Directions

1. Heat a medium size non-stick frying pan on medium flame.
2. Mix egg substitute, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon water. Blend properly.
3. Add the mixture to the heated frying pan.
4. As mixture begins to set, lift edges to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath.
5. When the eggs are set, fold, then cut in half.

Serve hot!
