Strawberry Rum Omelette

Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Milk 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs; add milk, sugar and salt.
Melt butter in a 10" skillet.
Add egg mixture and cook over low heat.
Lift edges with a fork, allowing liquid to seep to bottom of pan.
When all is set, add strawberries and fold omelet in half.
Place on warmed tray or platter.
Pour slightly warmed rum over and light.
