Cheese And Bacon Omelette
|Double heavy cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated gruyere cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Cooked bacon rashers||2 , cooked crisply|
Break the eggs up lightly with a fork, add salt, pepper and cream.
Add the cheese and crumbled bacon and mix well.
Melt the butter in the pan and when foaming pour in the egg mixture.
Cook as described in the previous recipe for Country Ham Omelette.
