Just Plain Omelette
|Pepper/3 dashes of hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
Put eggs, water, salt, and pepper into blender container.
Cover; blend at low speed just until thoroughly mixed.
Heat omelet pan; add butter; swirl around in pan to coat bottom and sides.
Pour egg mixture into pan; stir rapidly with fork until eggs just begin to set.
Tilt pan, lifting set edge of eggs with spatula to allow uncooked eggs to run to bottom of pan.
Shake skillet occasionally to keep omelet moving freely in pan.
Cook until omelet is set but still moist on top.
Tilt skillet; fold omelet with spatula; turn out onto serving plate.
