Omelette A La Rose
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon, freshly grated|
|Salad||1 Teaspoon (Schilling's Variety)|
|Supreme seasoning||To Taste|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cheddar cheese||4 1⁄2 Tablespoon, freshly grated, heaping tablespoons|
Heat butter in pan.
Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning and oregano to eggs.
Pour into pan over medium heat.
Lift sides of omelette to let liquid run down.
When almost cooked, add Cheddar cheese over half of omelette, and fold over.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes until cheese melts.
