Omelette A La Rose

  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, freshly grated
  Salad 1 Teaspoon (Schilling's Variety)
  Supreme seasoning To Taste
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cheddar cheese 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon, freshly grated, heaping tablespoons

Heat butter in pan.
Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning and oregano to eggs.
Pour into pan over medium heat.
Lift sides of omelette to let liquid run down.
When almost cooked, add Cheddar cheese over half of omelette, and fold over.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes until cheese melts.
