Sherried Shrimp Omelette

|Minced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Small shrimp||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and shelled|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Omelet||2 (Three Egg)|
Simmer mushrooms and onion in butter until mushrooms are cooked.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add cream, and cook until thickened.
Blend in sherry.
Fill each omelet with 2 tablespoons of the shrimp mixture.
