|Lean pork||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned water chestnuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Very finely chop the pork, chestnuts and onions.
Add the three seasonings and mix together on a plate.
Very sparingly oil a shallow heatproof dish, about 6 inches in diameter.
Sprinkle the meat mixture into it and very carefully pour in the eggs so as not to disturb it.
Place in the steamer and gently steam for 15-20 minutes.
