Steamed Omelette

Steamed Omelet is a simple and delicious side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Why don€™t you give it a try and let me know the experience.
Ingredients
  Lean pork 2 Tablespoon
  Canned water chestnuts 1 Tablespoon
  Onions spring 3
  Salt 1 Small
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Very finely chop the pork, chestnuts and onions.
Add the three seasonings and mix together on a plate.
Very sparingly oil a shallow heatproof dish, about 6 inches in diameter.
Sprinkle the meat mixture into it and very carefully pour in the eggs so as not to disturb it.
Place in the steamer and gently steam for 15-20 minutes.
