Minced Pork Omelette

Minced Pork Omelet is a wonderful dish to start the day with! This brilliant Minced Pork Omelet is a favorite at home! Try it!
Ingredients
  Minced fresh ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ground pork 1⁄3 Pound
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 5 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add ground pork.
Mix well and set aside.
Beat eggs until pale.
Beat in salt.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry pork mixture about 2 minutes until pork is browned.
Add green onion.
Stir-fry 1 minute longer.
Rotate wok to coat evenly with oil and add eggs all at once.
Stir once to mix pork with eggs, then let eggs set.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes until bottom of omelet is golden.
Turn with a spatula.
If necessary for easy turning, sprinkle 1 tablespoon oil on wok around edges of omelet.
Cook 2 minutes longer until eggs are set and both sides are golden.
