Ingredients
  Egg 7
  Pizza sauce 3 Tablespoon (Ragu Pizzaquick Is 5 Carbs Per 0.25 C)
  Grated parmesan 2 Pinch
  Turkey bacon/Turkey bacon 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Like Onion Green Pepper)
Directions

Spray pan with PAM. Add eggbeaters. Cook and flip. Top with pizza sauce, parmesan, spices, and your choice of toppings. Cook until done. Fold or serve flat.
