Smoked Fish Omelette

Ingredients
  Fish 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), in pieces (smoked)
  Eggs 6
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a frying pan, melt butter.
Lightly cook fish.
In a bowl, whip eggs.
Fold in milk, fish and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook omelette to desired taste.
