This Jack Cheese Oven Omelet is an irresistible side dish recipe. Enjoy this Jack Cheese Oven Omelet with your loved ones in the coming weekend party!
  Bacon slices 8 , chopped
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Eggs 8
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded jack cheese 10 Ounce (2.5 Cup)

Fry bacon until browned.
Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
Saute onions in drippings until limp.
Beat eggs with milk and seasoned salt.
Stir in bacon, onions, and 2 cups of the cheese.
Pour into a greased, shallow, 2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes until mixture is set and top is lightly browned.
When almost done, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and return to oven until cheese melts.
