Channing's Apple Omelette

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced apples 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy/Dry sherry 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Omelet 1 (Basic)
  Salt To Taste
  Cinnamon To Taste (A Sprinkle)
Directions

Saute the apple slices in the butter until tender.
Add the sugar and cinnamon, and toss a bit.
Finally, add the brandy or sherry.
Fold into the omelet.
Add salt if you wish.
