  Freshly grated parmesan cheese/Freshly grated romano cheese 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Omelet 1 (Basic)
  Sliced tomato 4 (For Garnish)
  Spaghetti sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), heated (Your Favorite)
Directions

Heat the spaghetti sauce.
Place the cottage cheese in the omelet, ladle the sauce over the cheese, and sprinkle with the cheese.
Add salt and pepper.
