Cheesy Apple Omelette

Cheesy Apple Omelet is a mouth watering dish which you would surely want to get your guest's attention. I bet, serve this Cheesy Apple Omelet and the taste would be just heavenly!
  Non-stick cooking spray 1
  Red apple 1 , sliced
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Egg whites 4
  Low fat milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Spray nonstick skillet or omelet pan with cooking spray.
Cook apple slices and green onions over medium heat until tender.
Remove from pan; set aside.
Combine eggs, egg whites, milk and pepper in medium bowl; beat well with wire whisk.
Coat same pan with cooking spray.
Pour in 1/2 of egg mixture.
As mixture begins to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with spatula and tilt pan to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
When egg mixture is set, spoon 1/2 of apple mixture and 1/4 cup grated cheese over 1/2 of omelet.
Loosen omelet with spatula and carefully fold in half.
Set omelet on warm serving platter.
Cut omelet into 2 pieces.
Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
