Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients
  Yellow onion 1 Tablespoon, peeled and chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cleaned and sliced
  Butter 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Pinch (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Dry vermouth 1 Tablespoon
  Omelet 1 (Basic)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter.
Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and vermouth.
Saute for a moment to reduce the moisture, and place in the omelet.
Add the lemon juice, and fold.
