Basic Microwave Omelette

Ingredients
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 (at room temperature)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In 9 inch pie plate, place butter and peanut oil.
Microwave at high (10) 30 to 45 seconds until melted.
Turn plate to coat bottom with butter and oil.
In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, water, salt and pepper.
Beat with a wire whisk until blended.
Pour mixture into pie plate.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at medium (5) 2 to 3 minutes, until omelet is almost set; stir after 1 minute.
Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.
Using a spatula, loosen edges of omelet from plate; fold over
