Devour this delicious and easy to prepare Saucy Ham Omelet. It is pretty good enough to be served as a snack for parties and get together!
  Chopped ham 12 Ounce, cut into sticks (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apple sauce   Cup (0 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)

Brown ham sticks in a skillet.
Add butter to skillet, then a blend of the eggs, milk, flour, and salt.
Arrange ham sticks spoke-fashion; cook until egg mixture is set.
Cut into wedges and serve with warm Apple Sauce.
