Olive Garlic Recipes
Drain olives and crush them slightly. Put them in a mixing bowl or other container. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to coat all the olives. Chill stirring occasionally for several hours or overnight. Serve as an appetizer. These olives keep well in the
MAKING 1. In a quart jar with tight fitting lid put the olives along with their liquids. 2. Add the remaining ingredients cover tightly and shake well. FINALISING 3. Refrigerate the jar for several days shake occasionally. SERVING 4. Drain and serve.
Split olives slightly place in large jar with remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and shake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. To serve remove olives with slotted spoon.
In a small bowl stir together oil garlic and oregano. Add olives and toss to coat thoroughly with marinade. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or as long as 2 weeks.
Home Made Garlic Olives
Combine salad oil vinegar and garlic. Pour over olives. Refrigerate several hours or overnight stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
Blend garlic capers olives and anchovy into the mayonnaise until smooth.
Garlic Olive Mayonnaise
Place oregano pepper flakes and garlic in jar of olives. Cover tightly and shake until seasonings are well distributed. Refrigerate at least 4 days but no longer than 2 weeks.
