Global.Potpourri's picture
These kalamata olives are vinegar and olive oil preserved olives, that may be used as desired. Stored in the fridge, I love to use the kalamata olives in salads or with sandwiches as a peppy filling.
Kalamata olives 2 Pound (Preserved In Brine)
Wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Rinse olives in 1/2 cup wine vinegar.
Pour olive oil and remaining vinegar in a glass jar.
Add the olives.
Shake well.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
