|Cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper red||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Stuffed olives||24 Small|
Blend cheese and butter in a blender.
Add the flour and pepper and continue blending until smooth.
Drain olives on absorbent paper.
Pinch off small amounts of cheese dough and press around each olive.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 400Â°, or until brown.
Make these ahead of time and keep in the freezer to bake when needed.
