Baked Olives is pretty easy to prepare. Olives flavored with garlic, rosemary, thyme and chili pepper is the highlight of this recipe. I prepare baked olives as a first course for dinner.
Brine cured black olives
3 Clove (15 gm)
Rosemary/1 teaspoon fennel seeds
Dried chili pepper/1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Put olives in a 9-inch pie pan.
Tuck garlic, rosemary, thyme and chili pepper around olives.
Pour olive oil over all. (Oil will not completely cover the olives.)
Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve at room temperature.
