Baked Olives

Baked Olives is pretty easy to prepare. Olives flavored with garlic, rosemary, thyme and chili pepper is the highlight of this recipe. I prepare baked olives as a first course for dinner.
Ingredients
  Brine cured black olives 1 Pound
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Rosemary/1 teaspoon fennel seeds 3
  Thyme 2
  Dried chili pepper/1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes 1 Small
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Put olives in a 9-inch pie pan.
Tuck garlic, rosemary, thyme and chili pepper around olives.
Pour olive oil over all. (Oil will not completely cover the olives.)
Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cool.
Serve at room temperature.
