|Brine cured black olives||1 Pound|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Rosemary/1 teaspoon fennel seeds||3|
|Dried chili pepper/1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes||1 Small|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put olives in a 9-inch pie pan.
Tuck garlic, rosemary, thyme and chili pepper around olives.
Pour olive oil over all. (Oil will not completely cover the olives.)
Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve at room temperature.
