Pitted black olives | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
Garlic clove | 1 Medium , peeled | |
Sweet onion | 15 Gram ((One small piece used)) | |
Whole wheat bread | 2 Medium , toasted | |
Tomato | 1 Medium , sliced thinly |
GETTING READY
1. Into the chopper or food processor, put the pitted olives, garlic clove and a small piece of sweet onion. Pulse to coarsely mix.
MAKING
2. Take the toasted slices of bread, cut them into half, if desired. Smear the prepared olive spread topped with a slice of tomato.
SERVING
3. Serve as an after-school snack and enjoy!
