Olive You, Too

Ingredients
  Pitted black olives 1 Can (10 oz)
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, peeled
  Sweet onion 15 Gram (One small piece used)
  Whole wheat bread 2 Medium, toasted
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced thinly
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Into the chopper or food processor, put the pitted olives, garlic clove and a small piece of sweet onion. Pulse to coarsely mix.

MAKING
2. Take the toasted slices of bread, cut them into half, if desired. Smear the prepared olive spread topped with a slice of tomato.

SERVING
3. Serve as an after-school snack and enjoy!
