Ripe Olive Chop-Chop

Ingredients
  Chopped ripe olives 3 Can (30 oz) (Small cans)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Anchovy fillets 2 Ounce
  Chopped dill pickles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine olives, celery, dill pickles, onion and garlic in large bowl; toss lightly to mix.
Drain oil from anchovies; add oil to olive mixture.
Cut anchovies into tiny pieces; stir into olive mixture.
Combine salad oil, wine vinegar and pepper; toss with olive mixture.
