Olive Ring

Ingredients
  Plain gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced spring onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Arrange center olive slices in circle in 6-cup ring mold.
Soften gelatin in 1 cup cold water; stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 cups water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce.
Chill until mixture mounds from spoon.
Fold in cottage cheese, mayonnaise, cucum- ber, onions, green pepper and remaining olives.
Spoon into mold; chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens; fill center with radishes.
