Curried Olive Appetizers

Ingredients
  Canned olives 4 1⁄2 Ounce, ripe
  Grated cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Bread 10
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine olives, cheese, onions, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt; mix well.
Remove crusts from bread slices; toast under broiler.
Spread olive mix- ture on toast.
Place on cookie sheet; cut each slice into 6 small squares.
Broil 4 inches from source of heat until bubbly; sprinkle with parsley.
Serve hot.
