Christmas Olive Tapenade

This elegant looking delicious condiment makes a beautiful hostess gift! Serve it on my Holiday Baguette Crisps for an extra special treat!
Ingredients
  Pimento stuffed olives 375 Milliliter, roughly chopped (Green Olives - One 375 Milliliter Jar)
  Kalamata olives 375 Milliliter (One 375 Milliliter Jar)
  Sun dried tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained, roughly chopped (Soaked In Oil)
  Garlic cloves 2 Medium, minced
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh flat leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh oregano leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Transfer to jars with tight fitting lids and refrigerate.
3. Recipe will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks.

SERVING
4. Serve as and when required.
