Ingredients
  Pitted kalamata olives/Country-style green olives 20 Ounce (3 Cups, Black Variety)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (If The Olives Are Packed In Olive Oil, Use The Oil From The Jar)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Place the pitted olives and the garlic in a food processor and puree until finely chopped.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste. Puree again and adjust the seasoning. Transfer the olive paste to storage containers.
